Do I have to order on line?
No, you can call us and place your order by phone at 1-877-748-4628, or you can fill out the on line order form and submit it to Better Lifestyles, Inc. You may also email us a request for an order form that you can fax to 541-607-1791.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Better Lifestyles, Inc. accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express Credit cards.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Accessories that are less than 10 pounds are typically shipped UPS or FedEx Ground and should arrive in 5-7 business days. Nail tables are shipped by common carrier and may take up to 10 days to arrive.
How loud is the exhaust system?
The exhaust system on the nail table is "whisper" quiet at 1.1 sones, and is barely perceptible. To most ears it sounds like a light breeze.
How often do I need to replace the dust filter?
It is not necessary to replace the dust filter when it gets dirty. It's durable and should last at least 1 year before replacement is needed. The dust filter however, can be removed, rinsed in the sink, patted dry and placed back under the grate. You may use a mild soap but no caustic cleaning solutions and it may not be washed in a conventional washing machine.

Is installation difficult?
In most cases, your electrician can perform installation of the system in less than 3 hours. It can be routed through the ceiling, an outside wall, floor, attic space, basement, utility room or any number of options.

* Shipping is FREE to the continental U.S. on the nail table and any accessories included with that order. Our larger products are shipped by common carrier and may take up to 10 days to arrive. Shipping charges will apply to any accessories ordered separately. Contact us for a shipping quote for orders going to any other area or for individual orders for accessories.
What's your policy on inside deliveries?
There is typically a charge for inside delivery and lift-gate service. The carrier will leave a note saying when he/she will return. If someone is not there to accept the order the carrier will leave a note saying when he will return or offer a number to call for scheduling a delivery. Note: For inside delivery, driver will assist in unloading shipment. Please call or email for costs on these additional services.
Can I get "call before" delivery and is there an additional cost?
Yes, the carrier will call you in advance to set up delivery. There's no additional charge for this service.
What happens in the case of shipping damage?
Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Our packaging is designed to reduce the possibility of damage.
What is your return policy?
Our products are warranted against workmanship and material defects. However, positively no goods are to be returned without our consent and shipping instruction. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all items unused and approved for return. Customer is responsible for prepaying return shipping costs.
What is your warranty like?
Better Lifestyles, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of initial delivery. This warranty does not cover acts of nature, fire, freezing, abusive use, or design concepts. The Company's obligation and purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement at the company's option, F.O.B. shipping point. We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise if the model or parts are no longer available. Because commercial standards allow color variation over which the Company has no control, this warranty does not extend to color or texture. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
What about my privacy?
Personal identity information from our order forms is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. We will not give or sell that information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation.
